Organisation
15 October 2008The project is structured around 8 Workstreams, subdivided into 2 to 6 work packages. In order to ensure rapid and coherent management, two levels will be set:
At strategic level, a Steering Board composed of a UIC representative(s), the system suppliers, the railways and the Project Manager, assisted by the Technical Advisory Board.
